BRIDGE TO 2020 – Newcastle’s Twelve Year Vision Plan

What do you see?

In five sessions, we will develop a vision for what Newcastle should look like in 12 years, analyze our current situation and then set priority goal areas to focus on in the months and years to come. The final step is to write action plans to move us toward reaching our objectives.

Each of five strategic planning sessions was held from 6:00 to 9:00 pm with heavy hors d’oeuvres beginning at 5:30 pm in the First Baptist Church Family Life Center (back of church).

We are committed to building a document and a community of leaders that will serve as important tools for our future.
