This project/effort was designed to limit the paperwork distributed within the Elementary School by being more “green” and most importantly-shopping local. Events will not be restricted to the First Thursday of each month, however we do request that it is specified with time frame and be restricted to the current month. We will ONLY list information for the current month and NOT rollover into following month. Information will be provided on Chamber web site with link on City’s web site and on Facebook (posted a minimum of 4 times).

**Costs will vary between members and non members, project is still open to all businesses that serve the Newcastle area. Refer to application for details.

Each flyer will be posted on Facebook and Chamber’s website along with link on City’s website.
Flyers will be published and distributed at Elementary School reaching the parents of at least 800 students, as well as throughout the community, AND a Monthly Ad in Early Bird
