City Wide Garage Sales

**NEW** This year the Newcastle City Wide Garage Sales will combine with the Blanchard City Wide Garage Sales to create a larger market for visitors. Covering over 100 square miles of city limits, imagine the finds that will be available.

The Chamber encourages garage sales and the habit of buying, selling and donating pre-owned items to raise awareness of the importance of reuse. Reuse keeps items out of the landfill, increases their useful life and reduces the problems associated with resource extraction and processing. Recycling is good, but reuse is even better!

Newcastle residents are not required to purchase a permit from the City of Newcastle on this weekend. All residents need to do is call the Chamber to be added to the listing (see below schedule). Listings are provided the Thursday before the beginning day of the sales at area convenience stores and City Hall as well as being published in the Newcastle Pacer.

Bargain hunters from all over the Oklahoma City Metro and as far away as Texas come to Newcastle to pick through the sales. Garage Sales are a great way to help your community and the environment.
