Newcastle Chamber of Commerce presents the finest in homes and living at the Tri City Showcase of Homes. Our Showcase will feature a minimum of 30 gorgeous homes throughout the Tri City area. We invite you to enjoy the convenient country atmosphere, experience the luxury, meet the builders, and get inspired!

How to see the Showcase of Homes:
The Showcase of Homes entries are open from 1pm to 7pm on June 19-21, 2009 . Homes are not open for viewing any other dates or times.

Please remove your shoes or put on protective booties before entering the home as a courtesy to the homeowners, designers, builders and real estate professionals.

No photos allowed without prior permission from builder, architect and designer.
No smoking allowed.
NO pets allowed.
Please keep children with a supervising adult at all times.
