Special thanks to Linda Ott (Past President '06), Beyond the Garden Gate, for her many years of dedicated service to the Newcastle Chamber of Commerce.

Staff

Our executive director is Kim Brown of Newcastle. Kim has been with the Chamber since July of 2006. Prior to coming to the Chamber, she worked for a local member business, American Abstract Company of McClain County. She worked in the escrow/real estate market for 10 years. Since moving to Newcastle in 2003, she has become very active in the community by participating in the Boards of the Chamber and Local Planning and Advisory Committee, Visioning/Steering Committee, Newcastle Parks and Recreation Committee and Parent Teachers Organization. Kim is also the proud mother of two and wife of an Oklahoma City Firefighter.

Since coming to the Chamber, she has implemented the updated website and updated map of Newcastle, as well as a few other changes. While spending much of her time focusing on what she can do to help the Chamber and the community, she also is spending time in education seminars that can better direct her focuses.

"Newcastle is a wonderful place to call home. I never thought I would live outside the metropolitan city limits but now that I call Newcastle "HOME", it feels like a perfect fit. I want everyone to see what I see in Newcastle - a great place with great people!"
