Membership Information

The Newcastle Chamber of Commerce invites your business to become a member. Below you will find membership information for your review. This year promises to be exciting with the proposed programs to better enhance your company’s visibility as well as the continuation of established programs. The Chamber will be your entry to the community. We are the first contact for general information, special events and business inquiries (we prefer to only refer our Chamber members).

Annual Subscription to Chamber Chatter Every month, our own publication, Chamber Chatter will be distributed every month, as well as posted on the web site. Upon joining you will on the front page of the Chamber Chatter.	$400
Ribbon Cutting, or Grand Opening Your first year of membership is a perfect time to kickoff a new business or give an already existing one a jump-start. The Newcastle Ambassadors Club will join the Chamber in a ribbon cutting at your business. This is your chance to have the undivided attention of new people into your business.	$100
Ribbon Cutting picture in newsletter, web site and newspaper During your Ribbon Cutting a photo will be taken that will be placed in the Chamber Chatter newsletter, posted on the web site on the “Join the Red Ribbon Club” page for 6 months (web site averages 15,000 hits weekly) and posted in the Newcastle Pacer which has a circulation of over 16,000.	$600
Listing in the Membership Directory This piece is THE information book on Newcastle. Every visitor, Chamber member, business prospect, relocation packet, and person interested in information about Newcastle will see this book. Distributed to over 2,000 people every year. Members will be listed twice in the book (once alphabetically, once by investment category)	$150

With the many partnerships that have been created, we can offer a chance to meet with a professional who can help you navigate through starting a new business.	$500
Bulk Mail Permit The Chamber has its own bulk mailing permit that chamber members are able to use. Members can expect to save a lot of money when mailing advertisement pieces for their business! Uses depend on level of membership, refer to membership levels for more information.	$200
