Today’s Women in Business post highlights Impact Nutrition on Main.
Impact Nutrition opened in October of 2012 with the goal of serving the community while creating a welcoming place for people to gather and they have done this well!! When you walk in Impact you are met with the friendliest greeting, smiling faces, and more than likely it’s from a Howard family member.
Over the years, the business has grown and moved several times, upgrading each location along the way. Today, Impact Nutrition is proud to be in its fifth location — its forever home at 2160 N Main St., Suite A in Newcastle
Impact Nutrition is a locally owned, family-run business operated by Stacy and Josh Howard. Josh graduated from Newcastle High School, and Stacy graduated from Bridge Creek. They have raised their three children in the Newcastle school system.
Their daughter Cadence graduated in 2023 and now owns Sway Bungee & Fitness in Newcastle. Their daughter Aiden will graduate this year, and their youngest, Garyn, will graduate in 2031.
Being part of the community has always been at the heart of Impact Nutrition. Their goal is to create a safe and welcoming space for everyone. Whether someone needs a place to use Wi-Fi for work or school, meet friends, or simply take a break and play a game of Farkle, Impact Nutrition strives to provide a place where the community feels comfortable and at home.
Impact Nutrition is grateful for the continued support from the Newcastle community and looks forward to serving it for many years to come.
We were honored to award Stacy the Social Media Award for 2025 for her positive and fun social media posts. We are so lucky and thankful for businesses like Impact Nutrition.
If you are looking for a fun and welcoming place go for a yummy tea, shake, or waffle go check out Impact Nutrition. Trust me you will not be sorry! You will leave as a friend and wanting more!

In recognition of Women's Month, we are proud to highlight Adriana DeLira-Guardado of Came's Tacos y Más. Adriana started her journey by making homemade tamales and selling them from home for many years before bringing them to the Newcastle Farmers Market, using corn grown locally in Tuttle, Oklahoma.
Adriana officially opened the Came’s Tacos y Más food truck in 2021, serving authentic Mexican street food.
The name “Came’s” was chosen in memory of Adriana’s late grandmother, honoring someone who meant so much to her and inspired the heart behind the business.
Today, Adriana continues to grow the business while working alongside her family, serving the community and sharing the flavors and traditions they love.
Thank you, Adriana, for choosing Newcastle and for being part of our local business community and for being the amazing Newcastle Chamber Ambassador that you are!

Today’s Spotlight on Women in Business is Owner and Director, Kelsey Britton.
Kelsey founded Elevate Dance Academy in 2020 with a vision of creating a studio that prioritizes both strong training and a positive culture. She has spent many years working in dance education and choreography, mentoring young dancers and helping them grow not only as performers but as confident individuals. Kelsey is passionate about providing opportunities for dancers in the Newcastle community and is equally passionate about creating a positive and welcoming environment not only for the dancers, but for their families and the dedicated staff who help make the studio possible.
Since opening the studio has grown into a thriving studio offering classes for dancers ages 2 through 18 in ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, acro, contemporary, and more. Their programs include recreational classes, performance opportunities, and competitive teams, all focused on building strong dancers and strong leaders.
